Refill kit is just first aid kit with no box.
This a refill kit for the25 man first aid kit. It is exactly what is says a complete refill. It refills your eye patches and scissors and first aid guide. I would have like to see more adhesive bandages and antibiotic ointments. It seems like those are the things that get used the most. For the $4 price difference between the kit and the refill I’d probably just buy a new kit.

Refill better than original
The refill is great, it filled the gaps from use in my first aid kit and then some. Updated first aid supplies coming into the civilian market appear to be a better quality than in the past. Not a full trauma kit but way better than just band aids and gauze.

Perfect for a large first aid kit refill!
This bulk refill pack is great for a large first aid kit refill. It could also be divided up into smaller sizes to refill several smaller first kits. There's a great selection of items and could also work as a stand alone first aid kit.

Great all purpose safety kit.
Picked this up hoping never to have to use it and sure enough within the few 2 months of having it, put it to use with family member getting a minor injury doing yard work around the house. Thank goodness for the ANSI A!

This refill for your first aid kit is the best! Everything you could need in one box. It's great if you have multiple kits..I have a kit in two different vehicles, a kit in the camper, and one in the house!
