Rated 4 out of 5 by Chuck from First Aid Burn Cream I've not yet had a burn and so have not personally used this on a burn. A family member did have a small burn and got good results with this burn cream. Both of us used this on somewhat open but not bad sores and did not have any benefit with those. Finally the embarrassing part of this review... After some really strong chili my ol' (edited this out as was told it's profanity, it wasn't) was a bit sore and so after bathing I applied said cream where the sun does not shine and yes, relief. So I was disappointed with open sores and scratches but burns and unmentionables had some success. I'd give this a 3.5 if I could as opposed to a 4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TomC from First Aid Burn Cream Individual Packets This product is exactly what it says. You get a box of 144 individual packets of first aid burn cream. I decided that I was not going to burn myself just to try out this product, but my grand-daughter helped out by coming home with a bad scrape on her leg. The "burn cream" was very helpful because one of the ingredients is lidocaine which is an effective topical pain reliever. For nicks and cuts I would prefer a first aid cream with more antiseptic ingredients, but for small burns and scrapes the First Aid Burn Cream works very well. My ONLY criticism would be that the box itself does not open easily. It has perforations on one side that are intended to open up as a small door about 2/3rds of the way down to make a sort of serve-yourself package. Unfortunately the perforations are not very obvious and there isn't anything on the box telling you how to open it, so I tore open the top before I found the little door on the side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Eva K from Convenient for quick use! This first aid burn cream can be stored in kitchen, bathroom, purses, auto glove box, camping kits and anywhere you might need it for your cuts, scrapes and burns. I love that it is aloe vera based. This product works well and I will make future purchases to keep a supply of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Halley89 from Good to have on hand I have only used this product once and that was on a cut not a burn, just haven't burned myself yet but I'm sure it will work just as good as it did on my cut, which healed fast.
